Clean Global Energy has the expertise, technology and experience to convert sub-economic coal deposits into low cost, versatile Syngas - a clean and highly suitable feedstock for industrial heating, power generation or the manufacture of hydrogen, synthetic natural gas or diesel fuel. Publicly listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX:CGV), Clean Global Energy has entered a fast-paced period of Underground Coal Gas (UCG) development, with significant activities under way in Australia and overseas.

These activities include a 3-stage Australian project for the development of a commercial UCG Syngas plant in either Queensland or Victoria and a proposed US$400m staged commercial UCG project in Inner Mongolia, China. Some of the recent activities include exploration drilling in Queensland, design and pre-engineering of a 1 Petajoule pilot plant and 5 Petajoule small commercial plant for Australia, the design and pre-engineering of a 7 Petajoule small commercial plant for Stage 1 of our China joint venture and a proposed US$30m pre IPO capital raising to fund Stage 1 of the China joint venture.
